smokeless.vn is run by VinaPouches, a company that sells nicotine pouches in Vietnam. We sell the product this site discusses, so we have a conflict of interest, and we say so on every health-related page.

Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages get read. It only runs after you press Accept. Until then consent mode is set to denied and no analytics cookie is written.

The advertising signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) stay denied permanently. This site runs no advertising and no remarketing.

• sml_consent: records your choice, lasts 180 days.
• _ga and _ga_*: Google Analytics, written only if you accept.

Cookieless traffic measurement

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and identifies nobody. It runs regardless of your cookie choice, because it is the only measurement that covers the people who decline.

The anonymous survey

The survey on this site has no free-text field anywhere. Every question is pick-only, so there is nothing in it that could identify you.

• We never read or store your IP address. Country, city and time zone are resolved by Cloudflare at the edge and handed to us directly.
• We store the local hour, not a precise timestamp, because gender plus age band plus city plus an exact moment can point at one person.
• Answers are never joined to a Google Analytics client id or to any cart session.
• No name, no email, no phone number.

Legal basis

Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection. Anonymous aggregate survey data sits outside the personal-data regime, but only for as long as nobody performs the join described above. That join is the entire risk, so we do not perform it.
